- Only food and drink purchased at The Bubbles Factory may be consumed on the premises.
- Shoes must be removed and socks must be worn at all times on the play frame.
- Socks can be purchased at reception.
- It is recommended that children wear long-sleeved tops and trousers.
- Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian, of at least 18 years of age, at all times.
- Last food orders will be taken one hour before closing.
- No food or drink allowed on the play frame, no jewellery, badges etc to be worn during play, no punching, hitting, kicking or pushing. We will not tolerate aggressive behaviour.
- All accidents and injuries must be reported to a member of staff.
- No smoking anywhere on the premises.
- Management reserve the right to refuse admission and to remove unruly children and their parents/guardians from the premises.
- The Bubbles Factory will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings.
- We do not want to prevent older children from playing alongside their younger siblings or relatives in the toddler area but would ask that older children behave calmly in this area or they will be asked to move to the larger play frame.
